Data deletion

Our records are keyed by comment ID; we don't store your name or Facebook ID, so we can't look you up by name. To have your data deleted:

1. Email contact@woopwooplabs.com.au with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include a link to the comment you made, or the name of the Page and post and roughly when you commented, so we can find the record.
3. We delete the matching record within 30 days and email you to confirm.

If you don't do anything, the record is deleted automatically 180 days after the message was sent. Either way, log entries are deleted after 30 days and backups after 35 days.

To delete the Messenger message itself, delete the conversation in Messenger. To delete your comment, delete it on Facebook.
